Palmira Market Report

Palmira is a very desirable gated residential community of 62 single family homes, located in Palm Desert, CA. The homes, which were built between 1998 and 2001, range in size from roughly 2,275 sq. ft. to 3,400 sq. ft., typically with three to five bedrooms.  Most of the homes feature a private pool and spa. HOA dues for 2018 are $110 per month. Palmira is centrally located in Palm Desert, off of Deep Canyon, just north of Fred Waring Drive, close to El Paseo, the Westfield Mall, McCallum Theater, College of the Desert and Palm Desert Civic Park.
