The California Desert Association Of Realtors® (CDAR) has just released their August 2015 Coachella Valley Real Estate Market Statistics.  As a brief summary:

Single Family Residences - Attached and Detached

For August 2015, the median sales price for single family attached and detached residences in the Coachella Valley was $319,000, down from $328,800 in August 2014. For August 2015, there were 434 sales of single family residences (attached and detached) in the Coachella Valley, versus 471 in August 2014. The inventory of existing single family residences (attached and detached) in the Coachella Valley increased to 2,414 (roughly a 5.6 month supply at the August 2015 sales level), from 2,121 in August 2014.

The highest median sales price by city in the Coachella Valley for singly family attached and detached residences in August 2015 was $749,950, based on 8 sales, in Indian Wells (versus a median sales price of $575,000, based on 15 sales, in Indian Wells in August 2014 and an August 2014 Coachella Valley high median sales price of $620,000, based on 37 sales, in Rancho Mirage).

Condominiums - Attached and Detached

For condominiums (attached and detached), the August 2015 median sales price in the Coachella Valley was $220,000, down from $231,000 in August 2014. For August 2015, there were 165 sales of condominiums, up from 155 sales in August 2014. The inventory of existing condominiums increased to 1,155 (roughly a 7 month supply at the August 2015 sales level), from 838 in August 2014.

The highest median sales price by city in the Coachella Valley for condos (attached and detached) in August 2015 was $357,500, based on 6 sales, in Indian Wells (versus a median sales price of $335,000, based on 7 sales, in Indian Wells in August 2014 and an August 2014 Coachella Valley high median sales price of $345,000, based on 14 sales, in La Quinta).
