The California Desert Association Of Realtors® (CDAR) has just released their December 2015 Coachella Valley Real Estate Market Statistics.  As a brief summary:

Single Family Residences - Attached and Detached

For December 2015, the median sales price for single family attached and detached residences in the Coachella Valley was $307,750, down from $396,500 in December 2014. For December 2015, there were 496 sales of single family residences (attached and detached) in the Coachella Valley, versus 488 sales in December 2014. There were no inventory numbers of Single Family Attached and Detached properties reported.

The highest median sales price by city in the Coachella Valley for singly family attached and detached residences in December 2015 was $650,000, based on 31 sales, in Rancho Mirage (versus a Coachella Valley high median sales price of $1,099,500, based on 12 sales, in Indian Wells in December 2014).

Condominiums - Attached and Detached

For condominiums (attached and detached), the December 2015 median sales price in the Coachella Valley was $180,000, down from $185,000 in December 2014. For December 2015, there were 179 sales of condominiums, down from 223 in December 2014. There were no inventory numbers for Condominiums - Attached and Detached properties reported.

The highest median sales price by city in the Coachella Valley for condos (attached and detached) in December 2015 was $370,000, based on 7 sales, in La Quinta (versus a Coachella Valley high median sales price of $402,500, based on 8 sales, in Indian Wells in December 2014).
