Bruce Fessier from The Desert Sun notes that the roughly 170 acts at Coachella are all getting together and doing it again, with a few exceptions, as noted below:
- The Palm Desert band, The Flusters, one of the top new bands in the Coachella Valley, will replace the Palm Desert band, brightener, at noon Saturday on the Outdoor Stage;
- The biggest changes to the second weekend lineup are in the Heineken House, where EDM stars Diplo & Friends and rapper Too Short are no longer on the bill;
- There are just minor changes on the five main stages. Softest Hard has replaced Versis in the 12:30 p.m. Friday slot on the Outdoor Stage. Big Game and DJ Morsy have replaced Dirty Mop and Jimbo Jenkins, respectively in the noon and 1 p.m. Saturday slots in the Sahara tent;
- Lush, which had to cancel last weekend, returns to the 4:35 p.m. Saturday slot in the Gobi tent. Set times have been adjusted on the Sahara tent on Friday to compensate for the cancellation of Skepta in last weekend's 1:40 p.m. slot; and
- Foals, which had their sound cut off last Friday because their set ran long, were given a start time five minutes earlier at 5:20 p.m. Friday on the Coachella Stage. Guns N' Roses, which ran four minutes past curfew last Saturday, is again starting at 10:30 p.m.
