This Palm Springs Life Magazine article, by Lawrence Karol, takes a look at Alta Verde Group’s newest project, Linea. Designed around an all-white color palette by architect Anthony Poon of Poon Design Inc., the first three of fourteen homes, each 5,000 square feet and sitting on half-acre lots, will begin to rise in December, on an eight-acre site on Bogert Trail in the Andreas Hills neighborhood of Palm Springs. The homes will be priced from $2.5 to $3 million, according to Andrew Adler, CEO of Alta Verde Group.
Standing on the site of the future homes, you’re surrounded by unobstructed, panoramic views of the mountains. Adler notes that he didn’t believe that the best homes should be up on mountains looking down at rooftops, rather they should be on the ground looking up at mountains. The homes will feature three different floor plans, known as G, L, and T. Each house will come standard with high-end amenities such as imported cabinetry, Fleetwood glass—one floor plan has 100 linear feet of glass—a special insulation system, cool top roofs, and a six-kilowatt solar system.
