Keeping Up With The Kardashians In The Desert Could Cost You 12 Million Dollars

According to the Desert Sun’s Amy DiPierro, it looks like the Kardashian-Jenner family trust may have purchased a palatial seven-bedroom property in La Quinta’s Madison Club for $12 million in early August.  This eight-figure sale would likely be the most expensive single-family home to trade in the Coachella Valley since November 2016, when the iconic Bob Hope estate in Palm Springs sold for $13 million. Online property listings show the La Quinta property boasts 14,500 square feet under roof (i.e., interior space and covered patios) and approximately 11,000 square feet under air (i.e., interior living space) containing 7 bedroom suites (including 3 master suites) and 10 bathrooms. The home features massive water walls, a 100 foot all-side infinity pool that spills perfectly into the uninterrupted breathtaking views with no other home in sight, 3 oversized fire pits, 4 enormous masonry fireplaces, a state-of the art sound system and much more. The property appears to be a spec home built by developer Gala Asher and was listed for sale of June of this year for 15 million dollars. The Desert Sun could not confirm which member or members of the Kardashian family are the new owners of the 11,000-square-foot home. But business and real estate records show the homebuyer, The Lou Ethel Wyatt Family Trust, has a documented tie to family matriarch Kris Jenner. Additionally, the entity’s trustee is Lester Knispel, a Kardashian business manager based at Boulevard Management in Woodland Hills. Website Cactushugs.com published a link to a Zillow listing that it claims to be the home purchased by the Kardashians and some of the pictures are included in this post.
