Six desert projects won Golden Nugget Awards at the PCBC homebuilding tradeshow in San Diego, June 24th and 25th. Among the highlights:
- Revelle at Clancy Lane won the Grand Award for Best Single Family Detached Home - 3,000 to 3,499 sq ft.
- The Schumacher Residence in La Quinta won the Grand Award for Best Custom Home under 4,000 sq ft.
- Il Corso Restaurant in Palm Desert won a Merit Award for Best Rehab Commercial/Industrial Project.
- Toll Brothers at Escena - Avant Contemporary won a Merit Award for Best Single Family Detached Home - under 2,000 sq ft.
- Andulasia at Coral Mountain - The Santa Rosa won a Merit Award for Best Single Family Detached Home - Over 5,000 sq ft.
- Villa Hermosa Apartments in Indio won a Merit Award for Best Affordable Housing Community - under 30 du/acre.
