Palm Springs Modernism Week is underway and after a year absence, Christopher Kennedy is back with his Modernism Week Show Hoouseme. This year’s home is a 3,600 square feet, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home originally built in 1962 and located in Palm Springs’ Indian Canyons neighborhood. It was purchased by the current owners in January 2018 for $1,150,000. The designers who tackled different rooms in the house are: Brian Paquette, Celerie Kemble, Chris Barrett, Gordon Kurtis, Jeff Schlarb, Joe Lucas, Josh Greene, Keith Fortner, Kerry Green, Lisa McDennon, Lori Paranjape, Michael Berman, Michelle Boudreau and Christopher Kennedy. Unfortunately, we toured the home yesterday afternoon…on a rainy overcast day (until recently, unusual for the Palm Springs area)…but the home was still very light and bright…and definitely has the WOW factor (not too surprising given Christopher Kennedy’s involvement and the designers chosen to work on the home).
