  • La Quinta – A new 1,353 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story condo  located on a roughly 3,500 sq ft lot in RJT Homes’ Codorniz community in south La Quinta.  Listed at $295,000, with monthly HOA fees of $285.
  • Sun City Palm Desert – A 1,527 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1.75 bathroom home, built in 1995 and located on a 8,276 sq ft corner lot in the Sun City Palm Desert (55+) community in north Palm Desert.  Listed at $295,000, with monthly HOA fees of $241.
  • Palm Springs – A 1,198 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo, with a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, located on fee land in the south Palm Springs Canyon Granada community.  Listed at $289,000, with monthly HOA fees of $380.
