A little about Tim:

Originally from the Canadian province of Alberta, Tim has lived and worked in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Georgia, Oklahoma and California. Before working in real estate, Tim was a Patent and Intellectual Property Attorney, primarily negotiating international licensing agreements, with a number of Fortune 500 companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Research In Motion, Unocal, Kimberly Clark and Amoco .

After experiencing California Desert living, Tim and his wife, Laurie, decided to settle in Palm Desert and actively pursue their interest in real estate.  Tim, Laurie and several other like-minded real estate professionals work together as a team, The Briggs Group, at Coldwell Banker Realty in Indian Wells, CA.  Palm Springs Life Magazine ranked The Briggs Group in the top 30 real estate teams in the Coachella Valley, based on sales volume.
