Welcome 2024! While it’s winter here (and everywhere else in North America), you’d hardly know it, at least during the day. Special holiday-themed Shots in the Night will be offered all during the festival featuring holiday films, music, snacks, and drinks. Rock the Park Series | Jan. 3 at 7pm | Palm Springs Downtown Park

The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce presents “The Tribute to Tina Turner” by Debby Holiday as part of its Rock The Park Series. The Palm Springs International Film Society produces The Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) every January, and Palm Springs ShortFest in June. In addition to curating the best in international cinema, the PSIFF has come to be known as the first stop on the road to the Academy Awards® and their Oscar®-qualifying ShortFest is the largest short film festival and market in North America. One of the Coachella Valley’s big events, the annual star-studded Film Awards, honoring the best and brightest performances of the year, is scheduled for January 4. This series has brought together music and giving to unite the community for over two decades. The 2024 season will feature two games per day (10am & 12:30pm) 7 days per week starting January 25th going through February 17th. The championship game will be held on February 18th at 12pm. The California Winter League is the longest running professional showcase league of its kind. Since its inaugural season in 2010, the CWL has seen over 850 of its players sign professional contracts.
