We recently had the pleasure of working with Dave and Kaylon to purchase their new home in the gated Los Lagos community in Indian Wells. This home provides a very private outdoor living area that wraps around the home, with an outdoor kitchen, interlocking paver patios and beautiful gardens. The home offers a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, a detached casita with a remodeled en-suite bathroom and an attached office/crafts room. Los Lagos may be best known for the lakes and streams that meander through the community, but in addition it provides residents with 4 community pool and 4 community tennis courts.
